Made an appointment for a haircut and massage. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was still sitting in the waiting room. I ended up leaving. While that sounds bad the owner called me and personally apologized and offered to make it up. That level of customer service is a rare thing in today's world. They defintley earned my buisness.

I love the salon and Leah but the prices are a little to high for me compared to where she used to work.
Tina the owner is great, she treats you like it's your first time there everytime. Such a sweet person. And she does such a great job on my hair.
