She is mean and rude. I no longer go to her for many reasons, among them being the most unpleasant pelvic exam of my entire life (it took FOR EVER and she yelled at me the whole time for crying... It was painful!). Not to mention the fact that I went to her to follow up on birth control she had perscribed and she told me my symptoms were normal the first few months. I had told go told a different doctor told find out that I had developed iron deficiency anemia...
Love Dr. Bhatt! She listens to what you are saying and asking. She is also very responsive to questions asked after an appointment. Very professional and caring.
I can safely say that I have NEVER had a pleasant experience with this woman. She became my primary doctor after Dr. Turner left and I was extremely unsatisfied. She likes to scold and talk down to you... She really doesn't seem to either know what she's doing or care about her patients. I tell my friends in Harrison to avoid her at all costs, do yourself a favor and choose a different doctor!
Not happy at all. My husband has been seeing Dr Bhatt for several years and really liked her. Today I called to make an appt for him and was told there were no appts available in the afternoon and that her latest appt is 2:30 pm! Really? Do you realize some people have to schedule dr appts around their work hours? They then went on to inform me that my husband would have to change doctors if he wanted an appt later than 2:30 to Dr Wong:(((((. Maybe it is time for a new dr practice all together!!!!
I took my stepson to see her, and found her to be quite pleasant and very thorough. She was attentive to his complaints and explained the treatment plan in detail. As for scheduling, they were extremely kind and friendly, and accommodated us well. I worked as a scheduler in a surgery center for years, and I know good patient care when I see it. Kudos!
