Ordered a funeral arrangement...We got a vase with some flowers stuck in it. I called to complain and also sent pics and was told that they would never let something like that leave their shop and it must have been the funeral home...maybe someone removed some flowers/or dropped them? They offered us a $20 credit for our trouble.....the trouble is we didn't get what we paid for and spent the day of the funeral trying to take pics of the awful arrangement and also explaining to the family of the deceased that it wasn't what we ordered :(
