If I could give this place a 0 I would. The staff is rude. When I went in in February the nurses AND doctor were extremely rude. They made me have a pelvic exam with the room door open because it was 5AM and "no one else would probably be there" that was more than enough for me to realize this place is awful. Both times I've been there I've given them my insurance cards and months later when I would get my bills they were sky high because nothing was sent to my insurance company. You're better off just making the trip to Cincinnati if you're able to!
Fast, courteous service; friendly staff, nice facility. In fact, I've used this facility 3 times.
Went to ER with a deep laceration to my finger. They were prompt getting me to a room. They were also very friendly and tentative and made sure to be careful as I was in pain. The doctor was very patient as stitching my finger took quite a while with the bleeding. I have been there once before and didn't have any problems with insurance or filing a workman's compensation claim. I had the opposite experience from the other two reviewers. I guess some people just like to complain. I owe them a lot of thanks because they literally saved my finger.
On the night of 09-24-2016 I was taken here with severe chest pains. I was expecting it to take a few minutes to be seen but I was taken directly to an exam room. It was immediately determined that I was having a heart attack. The quick action, knowledge and professionalism of the staff saved my life that night. I will forever be thankful to all those who were caring for me.
We had to take daughter here for an injury one evening. The staff & doctor were amazing!
