Hospitality as it should be! We stay here once a month, and the rooms are clean and well appointed. My children love the pool, the staff is super polite, and I can't say enough about how great the breakfast is! This is by far the best place to stay on the west side of Cincy. Prices are great too.

This location is absolutely wonderful. Nice, clean rooms. A beautiful patio out back and the fire pit was a plus. Meghan at the front desk is so personable and sweet. She made sure she had our second room ready early the next day and she made late check out extremely easy. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.
I like the hotel bed it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, even though the lady in charge of the breakfast it is kind of moody, very impatient. The hotel it is inside a mall and next to Home depot, but we did not hear any noise during the night. I have always wonder why the night shift staff is so different from the one in the morning?
The room was clean, the decorations was pleasing, and no one hassled us about wanting extra towels or pillows. The staff was kind and smiling. The pool area was clean and was able to be viewed from the lobby and fitness center which was nice because I don't care to sit in a humid environment to watch the kids. The only issue I had was with how firm the beds was, but mattress preference is a personal opinion and what I may hate, the next person my love.
Everything about our stay was wonderful!! Stayed one night, next time will stay two. We had king suite with whirlpool, so relaxing!! Staff was warm and friendly! Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, very pleased!!
