Have been a customer at Kroger pharmacy my whole life.. today I go in to get an RX that was called in for me 2 hours prior, they say it's not ready yet and it will be about 10-15 minutes and they will mark me as I'm waiting, okay no biggie after I sit waiting for OVER a HOUR I finally get back in line to see what's going on... they bring my name back up and they say " oh it looks like your insurance doesn't cover it " so we find out why my insurance isn't covering it and I go ahead and pay cash for it not a big deal I'll deal with my insurance company later on.. I think it is so rediculous that I sit there and wait over a hour due to my insurance not covering my medication??? Just since my insurance wasn't going to cover it does it mean we I'm not going to take it???? So they just skip over my name and let me sit and wait????They could of still told me when it was ready 45 minutes ago and not just skip over my name... this is the 3rd time I have had issues with harrison Kroger pharmacy not having all the information saved in the computer with insurance, I feel as though the system you have should save whatever insurance you have had the previous time you picked up and RX.. unfortunately hasn't been the case for me.. I love getting my Kroger fuel points with my RX but guess I'll have to look into new pharmacies for the future..

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most Unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Last night I was told my prescription would be available after noon today. Went back today at 6pm and my script was not there. It is accutane so I HAVE to have it within 6 days of written script or else I have to start the process over. I am so unbelievably furious. The pharmacy tech left me a message last night saying I needed to call back - so I did. They picked up and said nothing, just sat the phone down. I called back again and it was a guy and he had no clue what he was doing. He kept handing me to different people Whom also had no idea who called me. Bottom line - go to CVS across the street, youll save time and brain cells.
Isn't even worth it. Every time I go to this pharmacy I have some type of problem.
Wife called to get our prescriptions switched over, they treated her like she was bothering them, no problem, CVS was more than happy to get our business
