Don't go here. Unless, of course you don't want chips or cheese with your order. Then you'll probably be perfectly happy.
Was great the first time i ordered online, ordered again today and it was horrible. Burnt vegetables, waaaay overcooked rice, hardly any meat, and i got toppings i didnt order.
If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered my food online. 4 minutes later they called to say they were out of chips. They make them fresh daily so I guess that's not so bad (although wouldn't you make some extra?)
Staff was ok but nothing like the service or options that you get at hot head burritos. Was definitely not impressed with my first time going to chipoltle. Maybe harrison will get a hot head burrito in the near future!
They never make my order when I order it online, I always have to wait for it. What's the purpose of ordering online if they don't make it before you get there?
The line took forever, it was expensive for what you got... my steak had a bunch of fat on it, it was mostly fat and I was not going to eat that. and my coach that was with me found a long blonde hair while eating his burrito it was cooked into the mix.
THEN 3 more minutes later, they called again to say that they were OUT OF CHEESE (?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!). How do you "run out" of cheese? When I asked her this, she said they shred it daily. I replied, "well, at 5 when you saw that you were low, maybe (just maybe) someone with a brain could have said, "Hey, we're running low on cheese, maybe I should go shred some". Unfortunately, no one in this entire restaurant has the brains to say that.
Terrible. They were out of chips, cheese, guacamole, salsa and pretty much half the options. And the burrito was size of a pop can. And got cheese sauce because all they had was meat, rice and lettuce and they charged me more. Hotheads from now on for me. This place sucks.
