Best car buying experience I have had to date! Michael Monroe is amazing and truly cares about his customers and not just making the sale. Michael took the time and had the patience during our test drives to go over the car details and pros and cons. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After much debate I drove home in my leased (which I bought now) KIA NIRO. The Niro is a very smooth driving vehicle, can barely hear it running. Michael also took the time after I decided which vehicle I wanted to go over the instrument and dash panel so that I was able to understand everything before leaving the lot (this occurred after hours). I was all set to buy at one of the other local Kia dealers, but after speaking to Ben Lawhorn on the phone, I just had a sense of peace about the whole process. I went in and I was not disappointed. Ben made the process very simple and was up front about everything. I recommend asking for him if you go in. After Ben, I was introduced to Rich Underwood (the finance guy), he was also a great person to work with. He was very personable, but straight to it. He didn't try to push a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need, like so many others I've dealt with in the past. I will definitely be buying there again. The staff was helpful, friendly, and they did not make me feel pressured...they did what they were supposed to do and made it difficult for me to walk away. I told them what I was looking for, what I could afford and I can say I am pleased with my decision. Jeff and Zola were awesome! They made car shopping fun and exciting. Can't beat a brand new 2018 car with 98 miles and free oil changes for the lifetime of the car and the awesome 10 year/100,000 mile warranty, for an affordable price!
The best and the smoothest car purchase ever. Ben was my salesperson he was so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I was lucky to work with him. I am sure all other salespersons are as good as well. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Finance representative manager was cooperative and flexible and provided me with many options.
