Walked in and the place smelled like sewage. This was my second time coming in, both times we ordered carry out. First time was excellent except when I called to place the order and the person answered the phone "Thank you for calling O'Charley's Harrison." I said sorry wrong number and called the number I was given by directory assistance and this time miraculously it was Chandler's. Gave my order and it was ready in excellent time and food was really good. We ordered carry out again today and when I walked through the second set of doors to go into the restaurant I was hit with a horrendous smell. I walked to the bar to pick up the food and could smell it there also. Staff is not very friendly and one server was waiting tables and eating at the bar at the same time. Gross. Again, food is pretty good even thought the chef salad was missing some ingredients. If they can stop employees eating while waiting tables at the same time, get rid of the smell and be a bit friendlier the place would be stellar!
We're new in town. After driving past Chandler's many times and being tempted by the AMAZING smells each time, we finally stopped in! We were not disappointed! Awesome burgers, great fries, AMAZING service from Abby R. I've been in food service for 15+ years, 10 of those being at a sports bar. This was the CLEANEST restaurant I've been in a VERY long time. We will definitely be back and will spread the word!!!
Great burgers at a great price, was a very family friendly atmosphere. Everyone I know that has ate here has loved it, including myself, will definitely eat here again.
Service is pretty good, food is fresh and tastes great. Atmosphere isn't too bad considering it's more sports bar like. Seating area is more open so you don't feel crowded.
Good food with fast and friendly service. Been there twice and both times were great.
