I have always had excellent service at this Meineke. The manager, Kyle, made sure I was 100% satisfied with my new exhaust system. I service all of our vehicles at this location and never get pressured to buy extra services or unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.

Kyle Bray, who is the owner of this Meineke location, is one of THE MOST honest, dependable, trustworthy, men that I have ever met in my life. My wife and I take both of our cars ('08 Suburban & '07 Audi A8L) to them and have NEVER been cheated, disappointed or not taken care of. I live in the West Chester area and drive past a number of Meineke's and other car shops just to take our vehicles all the way out to them in Harrison, OH. I make that long drive because they are full of integrity. I HIGHLY recommend this car shop to anyone.
Not Good waited hours to have my truck looked at because I read these reviews. Service was not what I expected and only picks what jobs he wants to do. There great at oil changes tho.
