I was happy with how everything went during my oil change until I checked oil level next day - huge overfill. Invoice they gave me says that they put in 4 quarts. Service manual of my car clearly says 3.5 quarts. Glad I detected this almost right away.
Jack is the best. One of the few who won't screw you just to take your money because he understands the value of building relationships with his customers in a small city. He'll tell you what your car needs and if he thinks it would be a waste to fix or a necessity. He won't take on work he's not sure he can do in a timely manner and if he can't fix it (like some imports), then he will point you towards someone good than can. Great place. Great service.
